Gbpusd 6000 KO'd or not?

Gbpusd touched the barrier but i dont think it KO'd as price should go like 3 pips above it and on 3 banks books too (dont remember where i read these rules). Anyway stops still intact above the barrier if its KO'd or not and more above 6020.
